  • Motivating and Encouraging Employees: <\/strong>The goal of the training is to enable participants who are in leadership roles or preparing for leadership roles to effectively motivate their colleagues, to understand the potential inherent in personality traits, and to recognize the criteria for motivation. They should be familiar with basic theories of human needs, as well as the various forms and aspects of motivation. They should understand their own level of motivational ability and willingness. They should be aware of the factors influencing individual and group motivation within the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Leadership and Management Techniques:<\/strong> The goal of the training is to help participants expand their leadership techniques and toolkit. They will learn the fundamental knowledge and tools necessary for professional leadership. They will gain an understanding of the decision-making, implementation, and feedback process, as well as how to effectively manage problems that arise. Be able to filter, organize, and share the information necessary for effective leadership through the appropriate channels. Understand the connection between personality and work performance, enabling them to lead their colleagues more effectively.<\/li>\n
  • Conflict Management: <\/strong>The goal of the training is for participants to learn about the nature and types of conflicts. They should be able to distinguish between systemic conflicts and personal conflicts. They will learn about the causes, psychological principles, and background of conflicts, as well as the typical progression and phases of specific conflicts. They will learn effective communication and behavioral patterns that can be successfully applied in various conflict situations. Be able to adopt the \u201cI\u2019m OK, You\u2019re OK\u201d approach, thereby creating an atmosphere conducive to effective conflict management.<\/li>\n
  • Developing Sales Techniques: <\/strong>The goal of the training is to expand participants\u2019 sales-related knowledge and develop their personal sales skills. In their respective fields, they will be able to develop optimal sales strategies and tactics that align with their personalities and their products\/services, thereby increasing their sales and work efficiency. They should be aware of the opportunities, tools, and methods for developing sales techniques. They should understand their own personality profiles and how they affect sales effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u2013 the amount of the contracted grant; <\/p>\n

    The government agency is implementing the GINOP Plusz-3.2.1-21 labor market program titled \u201cImproving the Adaptability and Productivity of Workers and Companies through Workforce Development\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the \u201clabor market program\u201d) co-financed by the European Social Fund+ and the Hungarian state budget, pursuant to the authorization granted by Act CXXXV of 2020 on employment-promoting services and subsidies, as well as the supervision of employment, as well as pursuant to Section 41(1)(c) of Government Decree No. 100\/2021 (II. 27.) on Employment Promotion Services and Subsidies, pursuant to Section 41(1)(c), to the employer, based on the employer\u2019s independent application registered by the government office under reference number BP\/0701\/034091\/2024, which was received by the government office on June 28, 2024, in the amount specified in the application: labor market adaptation support:<\/span><\/p>\n

    a, Training Cost Subsidy: <\/strong>up to 3,202,500 HUF\u2014that is, three million two hundred two thousand five hundred forints\u2014which amounts to 70 % of the total cost of the training program. <\/span><\/p>\n

    b, Wage subsidy for lost work time:<\/strong> up to 1,964,200 HUF\u2014that is, one million nine hundred sixty-four thousand two hundred forints\u2014to the employer specified in the annex to the administrative contract, 35 employees employed by the employer under an employment relationship as defined in Section 58(5)(a) of Act IV of 1991 on the Promotion of Employment and the Provision of Benefits to the Unemployed (hereinafter \u201cFlt.\u201d) (hereinafter \u201cemployment relationship\u201d), in the training program specified in the administrative contract, for the gross wages of 70 % per hour for the lost working time.<\/p>\n
