Who has time to monitor their current balance during a cashless event? Everyone is focused on the experience, and it often happens that people forget to redeem the amount of money left on their HelloPay card at the top-up points on site. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not a problem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The card balance can be redeemed within 180 days of the last transaction. Beyond 180 days after the last transaction, the balance CANNOT be used, but the user can use the card again after reloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amount not redeemed from the card can be redeemed according to the general rules of rounding to five forints. The user will receive a receipt for the redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The remaining funds on the card can be used at any of the following locations within 180 days of the top-up.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
