You can register your comments, complaints and claims in the following ways:
Electronically

In person at our office
Only during office hours, by appointment, which can be requested by contacting info@hellopay.hu.
Client opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 10:00-16:00
Saturday-Sunday: closed
The issuer will investigate the oral complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. If the oral complaint cannot be resolved immediately, the issuer shall take a record of the complaint and treat it as a written complaint. The written complaint shall be investigated and a substantive reply sent to the user in writing within 30 days. If the reply to the complaint is negative, the reasons for the refusal shall be given in the reply of the issuer.
