Project Finance Officer

Our new Project Finance Officer will be responsible for coordinating the on-site cash flow at events and ensuring the smooth financial operation of our refill points. She is confident in handling money, precise, independent and enjoys a variety of challenges. He is not an office type and has no problem working occasional weekends and evenings. He is at home in a youthful and dynamic environment and is a team player, helping projects to succeed.

Main tasks, jobs:

- preparation of opening/changing cash

- counting down the top-up points

- on-site financial administration of the event

- preparation of a bill of exchange calculation

- settlement table management

- making reports

- managing partner payments

- cash counting 

 

Expectations of the job:

- secondary education

- a talented, motivated personality

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- systems thinking and structured working

- strong problem-solving skills

- punctual, precise and independent work

Festival and Events Manager

Our new Festival and Event Manager will ensure the smooth running of our services at our cashless festivals and events. She is punctual, self-motivated and likes a variety of challenges. Not the type to sit in an office, she has no problem working occasional weekends and evenings. He is at home in a youthful and dynamic environment and is a team player, helping projects to succeed.

Main tasks, jobs:

-Responsible coordination and management of the operational tasks of HelloPay cashless festivals and events (from preparation to project closure).

-Active participation in preparation, needs assessments, partner negotiations, operational liaison.

-Coordination of operational preparation tasks with partner departments.

  • Finalise equipment requirements and other infrastructure elements.
  • Preparation and optimisation of human and other material resources.
  • Assessing individual needs and supporting preparation.

-During festivals and events, on-site, responsible management of partner departments (e.g.: support, finance, logistics), HelloPay management representation, compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

-Operational meetings with partner departments (management meetings and reports)

-Administration

-Suggestions for optimising processes

Expectations of the job:

-High school education

-3-5 years of experience in event planning and management

-Colloquial level of English

-B category driving licence

-Excel user level knowledge

Competences:

-Project management approach, strong problem solving skills

-Team spirit and leadership experience

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Precise, persistent work, good stress tolerance

-Technical affinity

  • Coordination of the management of error tickets, escalation if necessary

  • Assisting the Operations Manager and the Technical Director

  • Administration related to operational tasks

  • Close cooperation with partner departments on deployments and decommissioning of credit card terminals

  • Monitoring the work of operational staff, checking the status of daily error tickets
  •  
  • Preparing and updating training materials related to operations
