5.Rights and remedies

The user's data protection rights and remedies and their limitations are set out in detail in the GDPR (in particular Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 77, 78, 79 and 82 of the GDPR).


The user:

§ use the cookie settings to turn cookies on and off,

§ request information about what personal data is processed when cookies are used,

§ request the rectification of your personal data processed when using cookies, and

§ request the erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data processed when using cookies.


Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if the processing of personal data in the course of the use of cookies infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
